What Customers Say About Sandisk 1GB Sansa m240 MP3 Player with Digital FM Tuner PINK (SDMX3-1024-A18B Pink):

Maybe that will help others. Still this is a great little mp3 player. No need for charging. I wish I could load music with a card. This thing is so tiny.

Instead, I have to connect via USB port. The driver wouldn't install on my Windows XP system. Shuffling the music around has to be done via the computer. I wouldn't recommend it nor buy it again because of the problem I had with the INF file, but I like what I have now that it works. There are lots of nifty little extras. I can listen to the radio and record my voice.

It's only 1 ΒΌ" x 3" and weighs 1.5 ounces with the battery. Something about an invalid INF file. It comes with an armband and a plastic case. It actually comes with AAA battery. The player came with stereo earbuds which are comfortable and the music is clear. I finally installed a file named Microsoft_User-Mode_Driver_Framework_Install-v.1.0-WinXP.exe (sorry, links to other sites aren't allowed in our reviews) and Windows Media Player 11 (I had 10); and afterwards, I was able to install the drivers.

I had a hard time getting it to work. As I searched the web for a solution, I found that was a common problem.

It has been very easy to use. I truly love this brand and model. No problems with the earphone jack. Will follow up if I have any problems. After one and half years of having my Nextar MP3 1gb player, the earphone jack suddenly quit, I was forced to find another MP3 Player. I want everyone to know I just bought this item. If there are any problems later on down the road with this MP3 Player, I will post another review. I tried a Staples brand and had to return it the next day for the very same reason.

This one takes a AAA battery. I use it six times per week for about an hour while I do my walk. Free plastic case. Right now I give it 5 Stars All I had to do was plug in the mp3 and use Windows Media player to download songs on it. After doing some reasearch I dedided on a SanDisk. The only thing I did not use was the disk that came with it. Hopefully, I won't have to.

Easy to read display. I did not want a rechargable battery because of all of the feedback that said you can not replace any recharable battery on any MP3 player. After searching for another inexpensive player and not finding any. On May 27, 2009, I bought this model.

It holds a dozen or so audio books depending on the size of the files with each book lasting anywhere from a few minutes up to 8 or so hours. I replaced the ear buds with the type of headphones that sit on your ear and not in them and this made a big difference in the level of comfort.I gave it only four stars because of the capacity of the player. We listen to audio books and [.].

It's also easy to scroll through the various stories and he does it easily once we showed him how, but if you're going to give one to your young child don't overload the player with too many books/songs as they may get frustrated with having to scroll through too many titles to find the one they're looking for.The ear buds are acceptable, but if you have them in your ears for several hours (listening to it around the house, etc). I am moving up in the MP3 playing world to something that holds more audio books as I'd like to put both my children's as well as my own audio books on them so we can all listen in the car with the cassette adapter -- which is a real must. then they may get a little uncomfortable, but several hours is a long time.

We purchased this little player from [.].as our first foray into the MP3 playing world and I've not been disappointed. We purchased one for our 5-year-old son to listen to children's audio stories and he sits listening, enraptured, to the stories, which is a great way to help him develop auditory learning. They're only 10 or so bucks at Wal*mart.Hope you enjoy.

even supports this player, which we were thrilled to learn. It holds a ton of music. One reviewer mentioned an FM tuning problem, but I noticed that she used it in the gym and I've never had good reception either when I've used it in a brick and mortar building on the second floor, but in my house and around and about it's been great.Do take time to learn the player and how files are organized (this is a function of your software program, I believe) but once you understand how things are organized, smooth sailing.

I have since learned they make an adapter for the iPod which allows you to listen the FM tuner. I feel it is going to break any week. 3. This cost me $25, but I wish I would have spent a little more money and got, perhaps, the new iPod shuffle. If it dies, and you don't have a battery around the house, you're out of luck. Please don't buy this. Here is why: 1. 2.

This was the only reason I bought this was for the FM tuner so I could listen to the TV at the gym. Final advice: Generally speaking, you get what you pay for. They are worst than the headphones they give you for free on an airplane on a international fight. And buy the FM adapter. Moreover, it just seems cheaply made. The FM tuner sucks. They are useless.4. It takes one triple A battery, which I don't like.

The headphones are joke. It's difficult to explain, but it's not easy to use. Compared to and iPod, which can be plugged into an outlet, this is big inconvenience. I should haven't to read the instructions in order to figure how to get to a station I want to listen to.

It lasted a while on one battery. I also love that it came with an arm band so I can exercise with it. I like that it uses a battery instead of having to wait for it to charge on a computer. I bought this mp3 player about a month ago and wondered why I didn't have one before. I would definitely recommend this product. In fact I have tried to help people load their i pods and this was by far much easier. It was super easy to load music onto. The booklet that came with it didn't offer much help, yet I was able to figure it out pretty easy.
